2. What we collect
When you complete the inquiry form, we collect only what you send us:
- your name, email address and phone number;

- how you heard about us and the content of your message.
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your data or send you marketing without your separate consent.
4. Who else can access it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which delivers your inquiry to our email inbox at Gmail (Google LLC, USA). Your data may therefore be transferred and stored outside Serbia, and any such transfer is carried out in accordance with the law. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr; these services may see your IP address when the page loads.
5. How long we keep it
If an inquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete your data no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil it and as required by accounting and tax law.
6. Your rights
At any time you may ask us to:
- give you access to, and a copy of, the data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data;
- delete your data or restrict its processing;
- transfer your data to another controller;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.
Send your request to weddingpodcast.rs@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
7. Filming at the wedding
This policy covers the website and inquiries. Filming guests at a wedding is governed separately, by our contract with the couple and by each guest’s written consent before their conversation.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
